Bible Prophecy

The Lord shall bring thee into Egypt again with ships

Exodus 20: 2 I am the lord thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of Bondage.

In this verse Egypt is synonymous for bondage, this is clear but what more is it trying to tell us?

Let’s jump to:

Deuteronomy 28: 68 And the Lord shall bring thee into Egypt again with ships, by the way whereof I spake unto thee, thou shall see it no more again: and there ye shall be sold unto your enemies for bondmen and bondwomen, and no man shall buy you.

Now, what do we know so far:

we know Egypt is bondage or slavery according to the first verse.

The second verse is a clear warning to a group of people, but who ?

some might say, that happened to everybody but I’m saddened to say that only happen to one group of people

To find out the group or the individual that this verse above is talking ab

out, it will require us to cycle through time to find out if that event has come to pass or not. What group of people were sold through ships, the key word here is SHIPS

.

That still doesn’t really tell us who those two verses are talking about.

why don’t we jump back to the Bible to find out to who was this message forwarded to.

Deuteronomy 1 : 1 These be the words which Moses spake unto ISRAEL on this side of Jordan in the wilderness, in the plain over against the Red Sea, between Paran, Tophel, and Laban, and Hazeroth, and Dizahab.

Now what did Moses call the people that would go into slavery with ships? you guessed it! ISRAEL!

I know you’re thinking something isn’t adding up…now keep thinking
